Urgent surgery needed for trans guy in South Carolina. We need your help if you can give it!

I'm trying to help my boyfriend raise funds for his gender affirming surgery- he is a female to male transgender person. It is rapidly becoming a medical emergency, because wearing a chest binder for years has caused his ribs to become badly damaged. I just want to be able to live the rest of my life with the love of my life. I want him to be able to walk free and comfortably in public and not be afraid of scorn or attack. I'm really scared he'll fracture a rib or puncture a lung or worse.We are both huge nerds, and we have a ton of (labor intensive, but awesome) perks with different levels of donation.
