America is not ready for gay marriage

yes you heard me right,a gay man is telling you that his country shouldn't of legalized gay marriage.you may be wondering why i say this. Well,i say this because gay marriage is now being forced onto states where the MAJORITY of the population does not want it,and i simply can't get behind that. i am a believer of democracy, and i can't support forcing an agenda on people who don't want it.the only thing this has done is create even more division in america,i predict we will soon see a reemergence of a klu klux klan type group, burning churches that dare marry gay couples.were going to see more people get hurt, were going to see more people die,we saw it after brown v board of education,we will see it again, and no amount of gay pride parades will fix this.you may say "well this is the price we must pay for equality,we will most likely see an MLK like figure emerge to lead us" well i am sorry but that is a fantasy,a fairy tale. we live in a lazy generation,a generation of twitter nuts and facebook junkies. all we are going to see is the emergence of a leader who is not willing to go that extra mile, who is not willing to to march from selma to montgomery, who is not willing to be shot for his cause.we got to face facts, either we will fight as hard as mlk did,or we will forever live in a nation that is not only non welcoming to gays, but hazardous to gays. that is not to mention the divisions that plague the union today,i will not be suprised if we see a vice versa effect in states like california, maryland,or delaware, where PEACEFUL anti gay marriage advocates are persecuted and or killed.this legislature has not saved us from the lynch mob,it has only scolded it even more, while simoteanusly giving them our adress (the churches holding gay marriages)
