straight male auditioning for gay stripper

Hi tonight i am auditioning at a gay bar as a dancer, and have no idea what gay men want to see. I have to wear assless underwear. Should I shave my ass? what should I expect. I am 21 and doing this to pay for college. I am slightly chubby, will this effect if i get through the auditions? i will post pics.sorry for the grammar on mobile.
